Insurance Information

Littlefield Physical Therapy participates most PPO insurance plans and Medicare. We also participate with several HMO's and EPO's. We regularly update our standing with health plans to ensure trouble-free insurance coverage for our patients. As a service, we verify insurance benefits prior to a patient's first physical therapy visit. Please call us for further details regarding insurance and fees.
